By accessing or using the HBF website or services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use our services.

Healthy Body Fat ("HBF") provides a remote fitness and body composition program that includes structured training programs, nutrition frameworks, progress tracking, and optional medical support coordination. HBF is not a gym, medical provider, or healthcare facility.

The HBF program, including all training, nutrition, and wellness content, is provided for informational and educational purposes only. It does not constitute medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.

Always consult with a qualified healthcare provider before beginning any new exercise or nutrition program, especially if you have pre-existing health conditions.

The HBF Medical Add-On connects eligible clients with independent, licensed third-party healthcare providers. HBF does not employ these providers and is not responsible for their medical decisions or recommendations.

The Medical Add-On is an optional service that connects eligible clients with licensed third-party healthcare providers. Important terms:

• Not all applicants will qualify for the Medical Add-On
• Eligibility is determined solely by the medical provider
• Treatment plans, medications, and recommendations are determined at the sole discretion of the medical provider
• HBF does not guarantee any specific medical outcomes
• Medical services are subject to the terms and policies of the providing healthcare provider

HBF offers a results guarantee subject to the following conditions:

• The client must follow the HBF System as prescribed for the full 16-week program
• Weekly check-ins must be completed as required
• The guarantee applies to measurable improvement in body fat percentage, not a specific numerical target
• The guarantee does not apply if the client fails to adhere to the program
• Refund of the last month's payment is the maximum remedy available under this guarantee

Programs are billed monthly. You may cancel at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. No refunds are issued for partial months except as provided under the Results Guarantee.

All content on the HBF website and within the program — including training protocols, nutrition frameworks, and written materials — is the intellectual property of Healthy Body Fat. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without written permission.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, HBF shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you in the three months preceding the claim.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States. Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association.
